Project management is extremely important for civil society organizations since most of them are able to sustain their work and provide a different range of activities for their target groups thanks to the grants they receive from different institutions. However, applying for a grant, shaping the project idea so that it fits into the frame of the tender, answering many complicated questions, planning a budget and filling in the project documentation, same as, if the project gets approved, implementing the activities to reach set objectives and at the end reporting, it is not easy at all. The training will focus on the development of the competencies within the project management field needed for the development of high-quality Erasmus + project, first of all, training and youth exchanges within KA1.
